I ordered ballroom dance shoes from this site I returned the shoes as of 7-9-08 within a few days of receiving them. When I did not receive the refund on my credit card I repeatedly tried to contact Chris from the company Dance Savvy finally on 9-8-08 I received an acknowledgment and was promised that the refund would be processed and I would immediately receive a refund. As of today 10-29-08 I have not received the refund. I have sent numerious emails with no response. I feel this is equivilent to a criminal act of stealing from the public.
